I opened an existing collection, chose to edit it, landed on a page with summary and description fields, "de" as active ones, but the fields were empty. "en-US" also existed, jumped to management of add-ons in that collection removed one, pressed "Save changes".

Actual result: Error message about empty summary/description fields.

Does AMO automatically add a new localization if I'm browsing AMO with another localization than I created it?
This is a dupe. If only I could find the other bug :(
