538297 - Mobile: updates for RC2

Firefox for Maemo RC2 will most likely go live tomorrow morning (1/7).

A few adjustments need to be made to report this release:

1) Change header "Firefox for Maemo Release Candidate 2 Release Notes"
2) Change released date
3) Change first section title to be "What's new in Firefox for Maemo RC2"
4) In the download section, Firefox.com/m download link should be: http://download.mozilla.org/?product-firefox-mobile-1.0rc2&os=maemo&lang=multi
5) Desktop build URLS can remain as-is

6. The new download URL (http://download.mozilla.org/?product-firefox-mobile-1.0rc2&os=maemo&lang=multi) should be swapped in for SMS as well.

Fennec 1.0 rc2 build2 is done.
