Currently we have several articles aimed at helping Firefox users troubleshoot problems with connections.

In this forum thread (http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/forum/3/534301?) there is a summary what is currently available, some of the things I think should be moved or removed, and a proposed outline for these articles.

Fixing this would involve moving or changing content in:
* Server not found
* Cannot connect after upgrading Firefox 
* Firewalls
* Firefox never finishes loading certain websites 
* No programs can load websites
* Firefox cannot load websites but other programs can

According to https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/how-the-knowledge-base-works, article requests are no longer tracked in Bugzilla.

Reporter, if you consider your request is still applicable, post a new thread describing the content with "[Proposed] Name of the article" as title in https://support.mozilla.com/forums/knowledge-base-articles

I close this bug as invalid.
