User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7

Suppose a window with two tab. If we drag one tab to taskbar it opens in another window. Now there are two windows. One is parent window and other is newly created child window. In such case we cannot see parent window. We need to minimize all(or the child window) the windows except the parent window. Now if we try to click on parent window child window opens up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an instance of firefox
2. Open two tabs. Have two different sites on them.
3. Now drag one of the tab to taskbar. It will open in another window.
4. Now try to access parent window. We cannot see it.
5. Minimize the child window. You will be able to parent window.
6. Click on parent window which is not in focus right now. The child window opens again.
Actual Results:
I was not able to see parent window. When child window is minimized I was able to see the parent window but it is not in focus(greyed window). I tried to click on parent but it opened child window.

Expected Results:
Parent window should be able to be in focuse.
