Details

We should throw a page or two that loads the test plugin into the PGO profiling run, so we get a little bit of PGO love for the plugin codepaths as well as mozilla-runtime.exe. This won't do us much good unless we flip the dom.ipc.plugins.enabled pref, or at least flip it in the profile the profiling run uses.
