Static Sunbird builds from comm-central/mozilla-central fail with the following error:

> configure: error: --enable-libxul is not compatible with --enable-static
> configure: error: /d/dev/comm-central/src/mozilla/configure failed for mozilla

Disabling libxul results in the following error:

> configure: error: --enable-ipc requires --enable-libxul
> configure: error: /d/dev/comm-central/src/mozilla/configure failed for mozilla

I suggest that we port the workaround from Thunderbird Bug 530723 and SeaMonkey Bug 531292: disable both libxul and ipc until it's supported by Sunbird.
