build from 9/22/00, classic skin
autofill doesn't work on the url bar. sites i know i've been to, even in the same
session aren't completed and i never see the completion popup.
this is a regression, it used to work.

I think this is specific to modern theme (not the defualt in mozilla) and is
already reported somewhere
comment in 52457 says it's also seen it classic on windows now.
Seems a patch is on it's way in.
