User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Following URLS give PHP errors: http://en-gb.www.mozilla.com/en-GB/firefox/3.5.7/whatsnew/ http://ko.www.mozilla.com/ko/firefox/3.5.7/whatsnew http://ca.www.mozilla.com/ca/firefox/3.5.7/whatsnew/ http://zh-cn.www.mozilla.com/zh-CN/firefox/3.5.7/whatsnew/ ...probably others. PHP error appears on right of page and says: Notice: Undefined variable: buffer in /data/www/www.mozilla.com-svn/includes/functions.inc.php on line 768 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on the above links. 2. Look on the right, for the PHP error. 3. Profit! Actual Results: PHP error is viewable. Expected Results: No PHP error expected. There's no obvious mechanism for reporting website bugs - this is far from the first they've had, too. I'm reporting it on forums and bugzilla, not that either has any relevant category. Marked as trivial since the pages WORK just fine. Arguably a security issue since it reveals some stuff about inner workings of the server, but it's hardly critical.

Thanks for the report. We believe this issue has been successfully fixed. Once the cache clears, you should no longer see the PHP errors. If you would like to test this before that happens, please just add ?blah to the end of the URLs. Have a nice weekend!

Yay, that was fast - so I guess I found the right place to report it after all. I was expecting to get shouted at and sent somewhere else. Errors are no longer visible for me. Thanks :D
