Automatic signature is placed above the generated mail from html form, when in account settings option "below the quote" is set.

Steps to Reproduce:
Thunderbird settings:
In "Account Settings" set following options for your default mail account 
1. General:
a) set option "Attach the signature from a file instead" and point some text file with signature 
2. Tab "Composition and addressing:
a) unset "Compose messages in HTML format"
b) set "Automatically quote the original message when replying"
   - set option "Starts my replay above the quote"
   - set option "below my reply (above the quote)"


3. Go to given URL, fill form and click "Send"
Actual Results:  
The signature is above the message body

Expected Results:  
Signature should be below the generated body (as it was in TB 2.x)

Tested on nightly build from 8.01.2010 and on Thunderbird 3.0. The result is still the same
