Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; he; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 GTB6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; he; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 GTB6

My web pages have a lot of photos on them, until recently this was never a problem. I believe that after the last update, this problem has developed. Almost all my pages now have a black background instead of the background image.
Try this, the last page I created:
http://www.stam.org.il/shvil/034.html
I removed 8 images and the page is OK (7 images were not enough)
look at these two pages
http://www.stam.org.il/shvil/b.html - here I randomly chose 8 consecutive images somewhere in the middle of the page and deleted them, no other change was made and the bacground image appears, page has no problems
http://www.stam.org.il/shvil/c.html - here I just randomly picked 8 images all over the original page and deleted them - again the page has no problems.

I hope you can fix this
Good hunting!
Aaron

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a page with many photos -at least as many as the one in my problematic page
2.Duplicate page but remove 8 photos
3.Compare
Actual Results:
compare pages:
1
http://www.stam.org.il/shvil/034.html with
http://www.stam.org.il/shvil/b.html
http://www.stam.org.il/shvil/c.html

2
http://www.stam.org.il/shvil/033.html with
http://www.stam.org.il/shvil/a.html

Expected Results:
Background image becomes balck color, makes all black text disappear

It should have used the background image
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.8pre) Gecko/20100105 Shiretoko/3.5.8pre

I see no problem on http://www.stam.org.il/shvil/034.html
Have you tried safe-mode / a new profile / a clean reinstallation?

I tried safe mode and the problem didn't exist in safe mode.
next I chose "restore default search engines" and clicked "Make Changes and Restart" button - that did itt for me - no more problems
Thanks
