In Bugzilla, the visibility or availability of a custom field can be controlled by the bug's product and other field values but not using a flag.

I have an instance where I flag that a server needs downtime in Nagios, and then I have a field related to tracking that downtime.  It would be nice to have that field only appear when I have granted that the server needs downtime using my custom flag.
