We've seen that sometimes a Mozmill run fails/times out and as a result there is a typically a thunderbird process left running. As a result, next time mozmill runs it fails because there is already a process using the network sockets that it wants to use.

Therefore we should ensure we haven't got redundant processes left hanging around.
Got a local change to the staging buildbot that kills things on linux and mac as well.
change applied to production as well.
