Now that we can easily flag a branch for having nightly builds on or off, let's clean up any unnecessary nightly builds.
The main branches will need them, but do Electrolysis, Places, or Tracemonkey?

Places does not need nightly builds at the moment.

Electrolysis uses them for regression-testing. Admittedly they are much less used than I'd like, but that's only because of bug 534954.

to pacify nagios.
