when starting Firefox 3.6 rc1 It takes allot longer To start the Program up than it did with The Last beta. It takes 3mins rather than 1min to start up Now compared to the Last beta. Its like the Programs Hangs Before Opening up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.double click firefox Icon
2.Wait a few minutes
3.Firefox starts up
Actual Results:
IT Takes a couple minutes longer for firefox to start up, Compared to the latest Beta version. Its like the Programs Hangs Before Opening up.

Expected Results:
To me it should start up allot sooner than what it did. <compared to The latest beta released before the RC>

my Pc has all the Resource Wasting Features and theme stuff turned off but the XP themes themselves. Everything in Effect s turned off and all performance options but use common task folders and use visual styles on windows and buttons are turned off.
If you try safe mode, does it start more quickly. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

nope It starts the same....
still takes the same amount of time with a new Profile.
Reporter -> Are you still experiencing this issue with the latest Firefox version?
Well when i first install the New 4.0 beta 8 it started up really fast then after that it took some time to start up. So i thought maybe its the temporary files slowing it down so i tried CCleaner to remove all Firefox's temp files and store internet files. Still took time to start up, Tried it in safe mode still takes time to start up. and tried a new profile still takes a bit of time to start up. I have no idea what is causing it but for some reason it runs fast the first time then Slows down the second time. so i am Experiencing it with Firefox 4.0 beta 8.
How long is slow?
well the first time it starts up it only takes like 10 seconds to show Firefox and to load the Google webpage, but after that it takes around 5 to 7 minutes to start it up... the only thing i have that i though may do that was avast so i turned avast off to try to see if it was causing Firefox to have a slow start up but with avast off it still started up slow. XD On every PC i put Firefox on it always starts up super fast then takes its sweet time the next start up.
