In the Regular Builds table there is an extra column from html table horkage - it all goes wrong after "WINNT 5.2 mozilla-1.9.1 xulrunner" at "linux_build". Not sure what it does for a non-RelEng person.

The problem was caused by linux_build (and other release builders) having entries for multiple branches. The code used to count up the # of slaves per builder regardless of the branch. Now it shows each release builder in the section appropriate to that branch.
