Honestly, I think this is pretty minor (since most searches will be longer), but it's good to have, I think

STR:

1. Load http://support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/forum/1?openpost=1
2. Select the last radio option and click "Next"
3. Type something less than 5 characters, like "ads"
4. Now, look at the "Next step" button

Expected Results:

The "Next step" button is disabled and there is no message informing the user about the minimum-text length

Actual Results:

We should somehow inform the user that the minimum-character limit is 5 to initiate a support request
My initial thought is to highlight the field when the content is under 5 characters (by changing border or background color to... red).
James, as our accessibility expert, you may have a different opinion.
I actually thought the last time we talked about this we decided not to do it.
Yeah, we did; I don't know why it bothers me more now :-) Maybe [goodfirstbug] fodder? Is the five-character limit arbitrary? What's the harm in letting a user do empty or strange (albeit short) searches?
Because the search is then fed into the forum as the thread title.
I forgot that we decided not to do it. Anyway, I'm ok either way. The classic highlight on keypress would be easy to add. Whether we FIX or WONTFIX this is up to you guys.
