Text input-cursor in text input area is placed inside signature when switching between accounts with (text-)signatures set up in account configuration panel.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure accounts with text signatures in set up in configuration panel (I've three).
2. Create New Mail
3. Switch e-mail account
4. Press 4 times [TAB] to get into the text input area
Actual Results:  
Now the cursor is inside the signature.

Expected Results:  
Cursor should be at top of input panel, so keyboard users can start to write when switching from subject to text input with [TAB]-Key.
