Details

The old content sink checks for user events as part of its decision on whether to interrupt the parser.

The HTML5 parser should similarly flush fewer ops in one go when the user is actively trying to interact with the browser.
Priority: P2 → P3
The new parser now using the timing machinery of the old sink.
