The option to remember downloaded files in the download history is selected.
Now instead of downloading and opening a new version of a file from a link (PDF), the old version from the download history will be opened.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. select the option to remember downloaded files in the download history
2. open a PDF file from a link
3. update a new version of the PDF with the same name on your website.
4. open the new PDF file from the link
Actual Results:
the old version is opened
Expected Results:
open the new PDF file
happens not if firefox is set to not remember the download history
