539459 - 'work offline' warning makes me find a menu entry instead of presenting the option right there

What does happen when you try to work offline:
1) go to a page
2) get told you should enter work offline mode by going to the file menu and unchecking 'work offline' (exact text below)
3) you have to go to the file menu and find 'work offline'

What should happen when you try to work offline:
1) go to a page
2) get offered a button right there in the page labeled 'work offline' (or whatever is appropriate; key thing is that I should never ever be told in text 'go to a menu and click this' instead of getting the option offered to me right there)
3) click that button, go on your merry way

Exact current text:

Offline mode

Firefox is currently in offline mode and can't browse the Web.

    *   Uncheck "Work Offline" in the File menu, then try again.

Luis, which page in detail should it be?

The error text/notification comes up on any page when:

1) Work Offline mode is selected/checked and
2) the network is down.

This is why it tells you to 'uncheck work offline mode in the file menu', when it should say 'click this button here to turn off work offline mode', or something along those lines.
