User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

The process firefox do not unload when I quit. I need to kill the process "firefox.exe" before reload it. Unless the windows firefox do not appear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Quit firefox
2. Try to load it
3. nothing happens
4. kill the process
5. the windows firefox appear with the same tab when the last windows (before quit)
Actual Results:
Sometimes I need to step twice to resolve
Usually on exit firefox cleans up the sqlite files.
If your drive is fragmented, or it has been up a long time this might take a few seconds (maybe even a tiny bit longer).

If you get impatient and kill it, it'll just keep trying this every time it shuts down.

There might be other reasons, but basically I'm asking, if you wait, say, 15 seconds, can you open firefox again.

Going to look for existing bug on this, there might be one on not closing so fast while cleanup is happening or something...

bug #451555
bug #468302
bug #507903

None of these seem related to my speculation on brief active firefox.exe and none seem to have much dev activity. Looking around some more.
bug #495024
I know for the file clean up time. I forgot to write that it appears after an update in november. And when this problem appear, no pop up window open ; more generally no other firefox windows can open before killing the process ; and the old tabs are already here.
