Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library throws up message:
This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
No details provided.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just open Firefox 3.6 and run it for a while, say 15 minutes, and it happens. Time is somewhat variable, outcome is not. Not doing anything special, not occurring on same sites, more like it is on a timer. Heavier usage seems to speed it up.
2.
3.
Running both Norton and SystemCare suite in background at all times.

Can you try in safe mode, and if there is a stacktrace, please give it, https://developer.mozilla.org/En/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report
https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_with_WinDbg
when you get that dialog, you'll want to debug>break in windbg and then use !analyze according to the instructions.

If you're still experiencing the problem and the above links are too technical for you, you could also try searching and/or asking for help at http://support.mozilla.com/
At this moment, there's nothing else we can do about this problem, so resolving the bug.

Same happens to me, right after upgrade to 3.6.2, then upgraded to 3.6.3 and the same continues to happen. No apparent "trigger." Sometimes when clicking on a link, sometimes when scrolling down the page, sometimes when typing in a dialog box (e.g. in Facebook). Get "Not responding" message, only fix is to turn the power off to reboot (Task Manager/End Task does not come up at all, can't close it, can't close with start menu/Restart, can only power down with the power button and turn back on). Will try above to resolve.
