I have tried redownloading but to no avail. My Firefox (3.5.6) has also crashed twice in the past two days, something it never did before. Reproducible: Always
Only one issue per bug report. Please go to support.mozilla.com, and they can help you with the corrupt download. If you can still reproduce the crash with 3.5.7, then please open a new bug on it. You have FBSMTWB in your UA, which looks like some sort of toolbar. try disabling it. it could be causing the crashes.
