Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to about:config
2. Click on "I'll be careful, I promise!"
3. Drag your finger/cursor to the right, to open the tab sidebar

Actual Results:
The thumbnail shows the initial splash screen for about:config

Expected Results:
The config page should be shown
This is moot now with the new about:config, but I do see this going to about:blank for another site.
Summary: tab thumbnail does not update with about:config → tab thumbnail does not update when going to about:blank
I accidentally filed a duplicate.  Forward-duping this bug, since this one morphed and ended up with a confusing description.
