I also think we should go more in-depth about what has changed. I have found that users like "What's new" lists that are specific.

Review notes:
* Made the intro more clear what we're talking about
* Added the release date
* Tried to use "update" and "upgrade" consistently
* Made the problems header an actual header
* Cleaned up the new features listing, and commented out some of the ones that seem unlikely to make someone want to follow our upgrade instructions.

I didn't move this to the KB, but I think it's pretty much ready.
