Page renders correctly w/ Firefox 3.7a1pre (16 January Build) and Windows 7 Pro x64. Also renders correctly w/ Firefox 3.6 RC 1 and Windows XP Pro SP3. Please post a screenshot if possible.

This could be caused by a wrong character encoding.
Tools > Options > Content > Fonts & Colors, and View > Character Encoding (both Western (ISO-8859-1) here.
Or try to reproduce with a new profile:

You're right Ria.. If I change my encoding from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8, I see the same thing as in the screen shot. As soon as I switch back, it's gone.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

Just an FYI if the original reporter doesn't respond: I was able to reproduce this a year ago, but I can no longer reproduce it with Firefox 4.0b12pre on Win7 or Firefox 3.6.13 on XP.

This bug has had the CLOSEME tag for several weeks and the date in the tag is
far gone. If the reporter can still see this issue, Please retest with Firefox
3.6.x or later and a new profile
(http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). Then please remove the
closeme tag in the whiteboard, mark the bug against the proper version and
comment on the bug.
