"Receive all mail" button disabled after TB start.

If I select one of accounts or Local Folders, button becomes enabled.
Even when button disabled, I can issue Receive all mail command using menu "File - Receive All messages - For all accounts".

I mean that button shall be enabled no matter on selection in account/folders tree.

Sorry for possible misnames on english words - I use russian version.

I have found that error source was Folderpane plugin incompatible with TB 3.0.
TB on upgrade 2.x->3.0 doesnt check this  plugin compatibility, so everything
goes wrong.

I will contact with addon author.

So the "Receive all mail" button not active But the down arrow associated to the button to select all accounts or one of them works correctly

Remark: The same button "in portable thunderbird" is OK
        When desinstalling and reinstalling MTB there is the same bug
