I've noticed that virtually every time when I go to restart it, an add-on update box pops up. I'm suspecting that when a notification is sent of an add-on update, it crashes the browser. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Developer sends out update to an add-on 2. Be using Firefox when it comes out 3. Actual Results: This is supposition, as I am not a developer so can't go through the reproduce steps. What seems to happen is Firefox crashes. Expected Results: Continued to operate I use default theme
Bill, can you provide crash report id / stacktrace
I'm not a techie. Where would I find these? Bill Samuel, email@example.com (use that address for faster response, since I don't frequently check the address associated with my Bugzilla account)
The link i gave in comment 1 gives info on how to find a stacktrace. https://developer.mozilla.org/En/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report We have to place all comments on this bug itself, so then all developers can view the info. So, if you don't check this e-mail often, you can use a different e-mail address for your bugzilla account if you like.
(In reply to comment #4) > The link i gave in comment 1 gives info on how to find a stacktrace. > https://developer.mozilla.org/En/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report still needed from Bill ^^
