Following on from bug 531912 - on Linux, the correct keyboard shortcut for Redo is Shift+TheUndoKey, and once just changing the Mac shortcut has baked on the trunk long enough to move to 3.0, we should switch over Linux too.

More or less the same as when it was "the trunk fix" except now that I'm not thinking branch at all, I no longer have to tolerate having the exact same XUL with three different wrapping and ifdef schemes in three different files.
