STR:

1. Open History sidebar or History in Library
2. Drag an item to the desktop

Expected: a link would be created
Actual: invalid drag and drop target
Don't see any bug on Mac, Windows or Linux on trunk or 3.6.

Also WFM on Windows 7 64-bit using the latest trunk and Firefox 3.6 builds.
resolving incomplete unless we get str or more linux information (distro, desktop manager and such).
