No. I don't think we ever had an actual test case for this.

Move the cursor over plug-ins, turn your mouse wheel, then, if its ancestor is scrolled, you verify this fix. Note that some plug-ins can consume the wheel messages, then, you cannot scroll any scrollable element.

The issue is still present on the following page http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEm8PZ_lUh8 . Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3pre) Gecko/20100320 Namoroka/3.6.3pre ID:20100320042447 Other browser: Opera 10.51 works. Google Chrome 4.1.249.1036 works. Safari 4.0.5 fails. Shiretoko/3.5.9pre fails. GranParadiso/3.0.19pre fails.
