In about:config enable dom.ipc.plugins.enabled , close/restart the browser.

With OOPP 'on' if your tabs from sessionstore have CNN or MSNBC, and very likely most complex sites the browser crashes with a generic Microsoft Error box: 'Minefield has stopped working'

Do you have crashreport IDs? 32bf40e6-04f5-11df-b029-00242155d461 is not a mozilla crash ID.

That is a windows error - No crash reporter came up, nor did the new UI for the OOPP crash.
No longer crashes with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20100119123105 Minefield/3.7a1pre

FWIW, I also could not get the crash reporter. Can this bug be closed or is the work to fix the underlying issue going to be performed in this bug?
I would say it could be closed based on Kurt's testing in comment #5 I'm at work, and was just waiting to test when I got home before closing.

Unless there is some other underlying issue - I would say close it.
Tested with latest hourly - no crash
