For some login pages where a password is auto-filled, the password goes blank upon form submission, causing a blank password to get submitted. This makes it impossible to log in to the site unless you retype your password.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a page where you have a password auto-filled
2. Try to hit submit/login
3. See if your password field empties upon submission

Started happening immediately when I updated to version 3.5.7
Component: General → Password Manager
Product: Firefox → Toolkit
QA Contact: general → password.manager
Version: unspecified → 1.9.1 Branch
I don't see this anywhere. I'd suspect it's a particular broken site or some other extension causing problems.

If you can reproduce, please attach debug output per https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox:Password_Manager_Debugging and reopen.
