Details

steps to reproduce:
1.Tester is NOT logged in
2.Navigate to the jetpack detail page. 
3.Click on the "Review this Jetpack" link
4.The login page loads.
5.Log in with valid credentials.
6.Notice the page which loads on successful sign-in.

expected result:
The review page loads

actual result:
The user navigates to the Jetpack detail page.
The same behavior is seen while submitting a Jetpack
Target Milestone: 1.2 → 1.3
