Not sure we care too much, but the favicons aren't showing up in IE 7 / 8 on staging (they do in prod, where it's the old Personas fox mask).

Converted the favicon.png to .ico format since IE 7 does not support .png favicons.

The new Apache alias in bug 545319 needs to be deployed first for this to work: Alias /favicon.ico /path/to/personas/static/img/favicon.ico
