User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20100109 Minefield/3.7a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Creative ZENcast v1.02.08
Build Identifier: Minefield/3.7a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
after the newest update ( 20100119045341 ) installed itself, this is what pops up on double-clicking minefield:
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul
Line Number 1318, Column 15:
<menuitem id="sanitizeItem"
--------------^
I uninstalled chrome, restarted the PC, same thing... reinstalled previous version, and it went back to normal.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install update minefield to 20100119045341
2. double click on the icon
3.
Actual Results:
box opens, contents:
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul
Line Number 1318, Column 15:
<menuitem id="sanitizeItem"
--------------^
Expected Results:
it should have opened the main window

Works fine for me on Windows Vista.
Sounds like a malfunctioning extension; does it also happen in safe-mode:
