User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20100109 Minefield/3.7a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Creative ZENcast v1.02.08 Build Identifier: Minefield/3.7a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) after the newest update ( 20100119045341 ) installed itself, this is what pops up on double-clicking minefield: XML Parsing Error: undefined entity Location: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul Line Number 1318, Column 15: <menuitem id="sanitizeItem" --------------^ I uninstalled chrome, restarted the PC, same thing... reinstalled previous version, and it went back to normal. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install update minefield to 20100119045341 2. double click on the icon 3. Actual Results: box opens, contents: XML Parsing Error: undefined entity Location: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul Line Number 1318, Column 15: <menuitem id="sanitizeItem" --------------^ Expected Results: it should have opened the main window
Works fine for me on Windows Vista. Sounds like a malfunctioning extension; does it also happen in safe-mode: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile
