Firefox 3.6 RC1 added yellow bar notification when the user tries to use a plugin which is out of date (i.e. blocklisted).

It is the same error text for any plugin, and the "Update Plugins..." button goes to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ , so this should have its own article, rather than being applied to each plugin article.

Just grabbing screenshots now.
Ready for review. (I'll add a Mac screenshot, when I close this Firefox session.)

Notification of out-of-date plugins in Firefox 3.6 doesn't seem to be working right now.  See this discussion:
