540963 - Text selection is SVG is busted

Status: RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 292498

STR:

1. Go to http://people.mozilla.org/~jmuizelaar/tiger.svg.
2. Hit Ctrl/Cmd+A to select everything.
3. Hit Ctrl/Cmd+C.
4. Go to an editor, and then paste it.  You would see that the entire text including the whitespaces and the script node textContent is being selected.  You can also see this by right-clicking on the page after step 2.  You will see the "Search for" command with the first line of the script, which is probably not what you want.

Yeah, this is already (partially?) stated in bug 292498 comment 10 [1]. I'd say this is a duplicate issue of that one (bug 292498) as well. ;-)
