You can select it and copy it from the Edit menu or by pressing Ctrl+C but there's no context menu. The subject has a context menu, and date/time should too. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a message in Thunderbird 2. Select the date in the headers pane 3. Right click Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: A context menu similar to the one for "Subject" should appear with the single option "Copy".

Since bug 521003 is a Lightning bug that affects ctrl+c, I'm reopening this bug. Ctrl-c/cmd-c works fine for me (not using Lightning), but when selecting the date and then right-clicking on it, there are no context menu.

Ever confirmed: true
It can be copied with the mouse (in Linux). I'll see if the context menu from Subject could be reused.
