I just upgraded to Firefox 3.6 today and found some .gif images displays incorrectly. They are good in previous versions. The example gif image in the URL (http://blog.pluskid.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/Firefox_3.6_bug.gif) will blink indefinitely in Firefox 3.6. However, it is in fact not an animation. Other browsers or old version of Firefox should display it correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just open that image in Firefox

Actual Results:
The image blinks

Expected Results:
It should display as a static image
