Confirmed with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2pre) Gecko/20100121 Namoroka/3.6pre Firefox 3.6 shows no scrollbar, Firefox 3.5 shows no scrollbar. With Firefox 3.0 the page wrapped, so no scrollbar needed.

I doesn't look like a browser bug. From the DOM Inspector I see that the page has overflow-x: hidden on the body. What's not clear is what's keeping the page from shrinking horizontally. But I think this bug may belong in the mozilla.org product so the web developers for mozilla.org can look at the issue.
