541577 - Problems with message appearing repeatedly during composing a message

When I try and write an email that also contains Chinese characters.  I get the following messages coming up repeatedly every few minutes "This message you composed contains characters not found in Character Encodng.  While you can send a message with a different Character Encoding it is usually safe to use Unicode(UTF-8)for mail.  If you just send in the current Character Encoding, be aware that the current Character Encoding will be turned to question marks and be illegible by the recipient"  It then gives the choice of sending in UTF-8, Sending anyway or Cancelling.

Is it possible to stop this happening all the time while I'm writing?  Can it be just a warning message brought up just when you try and send the message?

So how about you change your settings to send emails in UTF8 ? Doesn't that fixes the issue ?

Yes. Options/Character Encoding/Unicode(UTF-8) or appropriate one at mail composition window.

No. "draft save" code currently uses logic for "save sent mail".
As dialog is confusing due to "Send" in message text, I think "reply cancel then change charset via Tools" is safer way and is easy to understand what you did.
"Default character encoding of utf-8" for mail composition may be another circumvension.

AFAIR, problem(repeated warning if cancel reply, with "Send" in message even though draft) is already reported, but I don't remember bug number.
