Also having problems previously when downloading it and then shutting down the laptop and reopening, the shortcuts, etc didn't work. It was like the program was never loaded. If you right clicked on the program, it would show you two options: the regular link and then a safe mode link. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.removed the program from computer 2.downloaded again from home site 3.tried to open Actual Results: wouldn't open Expected Results: wouldn't open opened the browser
I hate IE and really would like this resolved ASAP so I can get back to using Foxfire.
Do you use any security software like Zonealarm forcefield ? Does it work in the safemode ? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
