The "about:cache" should be in correct HTML. Currently there are a lot of
errors, like missing font end tags, uppercase html tags, etc...

I think you attached the plugins diff, that's not the right diff!
Look at netwerk/protocol/about/src/nsAboutCache.cpp

Also, please replace "Netscape" refs with "Mozilla". :-)

Um... I wrote about:cache out of despiration while trying to fix cache bugs.
If someone wants to write a "better" one please feel free...
