User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

The problem happens with uTorrent WebUI in my case. WebUI is a javascript application that is served by the uTorrent client to remote control it. I assume that incompatibilities are general and not only appear with WebUI and that is because they only happen with firefox 3.6. Previous versions worked well.

Right clicking on the torrents or other components makes the custom menu to appear but the default firefox right click menu also appears on top of it.

Keyboard Shortcuts doesn't work also.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download utorrent and webui from these places
http://download.utorrent.com/1.8.5/utorrent.exe
http://www.utorrent.com/webui/webui.1220503364.zip
2. Install and run uTorrent. Set it up and note the port it uses.
3. Place webui.1220503364.zip into the "%AppData%\uTorrent" folder and rename it into webui.zip
4. Open uTorrent, go to Options, preferences, WebUI section and check the box to enable it. Enter a username and password on the fields.
5. Load some torrents.
6. Open Firefox 3.6 and visit "http://localhost:<port>/gui"
7. WebUI loads and asks for credentials. Use the ones you entered at the settings.
8. Attempt to right click on a torrent. Firefox context menu appears on top of the application's menu.
9. Select a torrent and attempt to delete it using the "Delete" key.
Actual Results:
The default right click context menu appears on top of the applications one. Keyboard shortcuts do not work.

Expected Results:
Only the javascript application's menu should have appeared. Keyboard shortcuts like the "Delete" key should work. For example the "Delete" key should give a pop up window that asks for verification to delete the torrent.

The problem only occurs after updating to Firefox 3.6. I was not sure what started causing the problem. That didn't happened yesterday so I started removing components that I had installed during the last 24 hours. That included Adobe Flash 10.1 beta 2 that I also installed today and after that did not do any difference, I uninstalled Firefox and installed version 3.5.7 that I had kept in my archive. The problems then disappeared. I then tried to update Firefox again to 3.6 and the problems appeared again.

I am aware that there were some modifications on the javascript engine with version 3.6 and I assume that the new engine is what causes that problem.
I also have the same issue with keyboard shortcuts not working in javascript.
In this script, scroll wheel is also used and works.
this is WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100611 Firefox/3.6.4 and µTorrent WebUI v0.370.

Not the same exact issue but I am experiencing other right click related issues from time to time. For example, at the time, if I select a torrent, then click the
"Files" tab on the bottom, then right-click a file to change it's priority, the menu appears but left click does not respond. When the pointer passes over an option it is highlighted with blue but you can't hit it. You can only click somewhere else to close the menu.
Reporter -> Are you still experiencing this issue with the latest version of Firefox 5? Does the issue occur with the latest nightly? http://nightly.mozilla.org/
Your expected results are certainly not mine.

In the prefs of my Firefox, I have an option: allow scripts to disable or replace contextual menus. Not ticked.

When I press Delete, I want Firefox to do the standard Delete action, not to do weird stuff in the page.
When I right-click, I want Firefox to show the standard contextual menu.

I remember the Web pages that managed to forbid the contextual menu and, at right click, instead barked in an alert "Don't take the images ! No right click allowed !".
