A hidden message preview pane re-appears if thunderbird was left open during a windows restart.  If Thunderbord is closed before the restart is initiated, the application acts as expected.

Similar to error 541085.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hide preview pane
2. minimize thunderbird
3. restart windows
4. open thunderbird
Actual Results:  
The message pane was visible.

Expected Results:  
The message pane should have remained in the state is was before the restart
Looks like the same as bug 541085.
