Oracle Apps (11.5.10) doesn't start up. 
The JInitiator site opens but nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Oracle 11.5.10
2. Click on any Module
3. Click on any link that pops up.

Expected result: Oracle Apps Client pops up. 
Reality: Nothing happens
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Oracle Apps should fire up

Is that Oracle application a java applet ?
Which JRE plugin version do you have installed ?

Do you already tried the usual troubleshooting steps like the firefox safemode ?
There isn't much we can do without a public testcase, do you already asked the Oracle support ?

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

You can also try to reproduce in Firefox 4 Beta 8 or later, there are many improvements in the new version, http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
