build: 09-26-06-m18 nscp installer build.

In replying (all) to a news article, the addressing pane was auto-filled with
"reply-to" myself entry. Since I'd rather people follow-up to newsgroiup, I tried
to delete that entry from addressing pane and it crashes on me...
