steps to reproduce:
1.Log into your Editor account
2.navigate to https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/discuss/18942
3.Notice the replies.

observed behavior:
Escaping for quotes and new line character is visible in the editor replies.

FYI, this has been happening for a long time.

You can also see those in the reply emails sent to editors:

k r has commented on version 1.6.4 of the add-on Wappalyzer:

I recently encountered this same issue.  Possibly text is being escaped before and after it is saved?
