Attachment: SQL to create two new (non-partitioned) tables

Please execute the attached SQL.

Also confirm that the cron createPartitions is installed and runs.

We are adding several new tables, one of which is partitioned.
This blocks me checking in the frontend php code.

Note: scripts/config/processorconfig.py.dist has been updated with a new config param
